We're Going to Vegas! #HLTH2024
We are excited to announce that Rekovar will be attending the HLTH Conference in Las Vegas this year! We are honored to be among 16 out of over 2000 companies to attend HLTH. This marks a pivotal moment for our team, as we bring our innovative vision for neonatal health to one of the biggest global stages in healthcare.
About Us: Innovating Neonatal Care
Our company was founded by Shiva Sharareh, a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in both large medical device companies and entrepreneurial startups. She has successfully guided numerous engineering teams through the entire product development cycle, from design and prototyping to manufacturing and operations.
With deep expertise in medical device technology, she has held executive roles such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President (VP). During her time at Johnson & Johnson, she led an incubator focused on imaging and sensing technologies, and was instrumental in launching over 15 medical devices across various fields.
At our company, we are driven by a single mission: to improve outcomes for the most vulnerable patients—neonates. We develop AI-powered patient monitoring wearables, designed specifically for newborns in critical care. These wearables offer continuous, real-time insights into a baby’s vital signs, empowering healthcare teams to detect issues early and intervene swiftly.
What sets us apart is our technology’s precision and ability to monitor these fragile patients with minimal disruption, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Our device represents the future of neonatal healthcare, where cutting-edge technology and compassionate care meet to save lives.
Multicenter Study Trials Have Begun
This year, we’ve hit an incredible milestone by launching multicenter study trials across various healthcare facilities. We are currently undergoing active trials at University of New Mexico (UNM) and are in the final stages of enrolling with Hurley Medical Center, Cedars Sinai, University of Texas Health, Cook County Health, Westchester Medical Center Health, and Henry Ford Health. These trials are designed to rigorously test the efficacy and reliability of our monitoring devices in real-world clinical settings, providing critical data that will push our solution closer to wide-scale deployment.
